| What is Kangen Water? |

Simply put, Kangen water is a type of water that is produced by a machine that is hooked up to your sink. When the faucet is turned on, the tap water goes through the machine’s internal filter and is ionized through an electrolysis process. This separates the water molecules into two different parts: alkaline (hydrogen rich) and acidic (oxygen rich). Ionization machines that produce Kangen water give you the opportunity to grab your health potential by the reins. As previous articles have mentioned, having a balanced pH is necessary for your body to operate in an efficient way. Since the typical diet is very rich in acidic foods, it means that our body must constantly fight and use its resources to balance the pH from overly acidic to “just right.”
By drinking alkaline waters that are produced by Kangen water machines, you are giving your body a fighting chance to better fight disease and infection. As mentioned in the first paragraph, the Kangen water is separated into alkaline and acidic water. To give an even greater example of why Kangen water is necessary for your body to achieve a healthy balance, consider this. Your average can of soda has a pH of 1.0. Coffee and white rice have a pHs of 1.5, while sugar has a pH of 1.0. Each of these pHs is extremely acidic, making your body go into overtime to balance your body’s new acidity with alkaline properties. Our bodies must constantly have a pH of 7.4, so you can see why the fight is difficult and ongoing.
